- Create and execute sales strategies with Sales Operations to enter the market
- Plan the territory, develop relationships, and help close deals to increase revenue
- Recruit, train, and support team members for high performance
- Define sales targets and communicate expectations clearly
- Manage accurate forecasts and sales pipelines
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets
Required skills
- Proven success in selling to industry leaders and C-level executives in Japan
- Ability to grasp IT business drivers and the broader strategic context
- Fluency in Japanese and English, with strong business and financial understanding
