Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Digital, and IT to strengthen omnichannel engagement
- Champion the adoption of AI, analytics platforms, and commercial digital tools
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years in SFE, sales operations, or consulting within the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated success in sales analytics, performance design, or incentive strategy
- Experience working in global, cross-functional, multicultural environments
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
- Business-level Japanese and English proficiency
Soft Skills:
- Excellent strategic planning and communication abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and collaborative mindset
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred
- Postgraduate degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus
- Veeva certification or MR qualification welcomed
