Accounts Assistant

Morgan McKinley is looking for an Accounts Assistant to work for a logistics company based in the Horsham, West Sussex area. The Accounts Assistant will be working as part of the team dealing with everyday invoicing, payment runs, reconciliations etc.

Location: Office based - Horsham, West Sussex

Salary: £27-29K

Accounts Assistant duties:

• Coding and matching purchase ledger invoices
• Processing payments
• Checking and processing staff expenses
• Handling accounts payable invoice queries
• Reconciliations

Skills and experience required:

• Proven Accounts experience working in a Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant / Accounts Payable type role
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
