Morgan McKinley is looking for Customer Service professionals with fluent language skills, French, Spanish or German to provide excellent Customer Service to their customers. Full training is provided. This is a temporary Customer Service support job opportunity to start in March 2025 and will be ongoing until around September time. The role will be working for a great company based in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
The temp role is ideal for someone with fluent language skills who is keen to learn and utilise their languages within a customer services environment.
Hours: Shift work including some weekends. Part time and full time options available 28-35 hours a week.
Temp pay rate: £14-15 per hour + holiday pay
Location: Office based - East Grinstead, West Sussex
Customer Service duties will include:
● Manage all incoming and outgoing customer telephone calls and emails
● Maintain a clear and complete record of each assistance case and follow through on all cases to completion.
● Manage all aspects of the customer assistance required, ensuring that all services are delivered within the agreed times and the teams are fully updated on progress.
● Ensure that any service failures or potential problems are escalated
● Check all invoices for UK and foreign suppliers against agreed parameters.
● Advise customers and answer queries regarding their claims
Skills & Experience Required:
● Excellent Customer Service skills
● High level of organisation required
● Able to remain calm and focussed under pressure
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in French / Spanish / German / Italian.
