FI eTrading Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Trading, Sales, Middle Office, Risk Management, Compliance, and other stakeholders to enhance e-trading systems for financial institutions.
• Design and develop solutions tailored to various financial products, including cash instruments, interest rate swaps, repos, and foreign exchange.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization for e-trading systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Engage with global teams to align strategies and best practices in e-trading development.

Skills Reqd

• Extensive hands-on experience in developing fixed income e-trading systems and conducting business analysis.
• Proficient in command-line operations and scripting within Linux environments.
• Practical experience in Kotlin or Java programming; familiarity with C++ is also acceptable.
• Knowledgeable about fixed income products, including bonds, interest rate swaps, and credit instruments.
• Understanding of fixed income business processes and technical implementations, covering areas like pre-trade, trade capture, pricing, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with ION Marketview and technologies such as Kafka, MongoDB, and Azure is an added advantage.
• Proficient in English.
