Key Responsibilities
- Organize business requirements and define clear functional and non-functional specifications for data and analytics solutions.
- Strategically collect and analyze competitive intelligence to strengthen market positioning.
- Support business units with data insights, tools, and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and strategic planning.
- Utilize AI and catalog data to build innovative knowledge bases and insight frameworks that contribute to business expansion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, marketing, consulting, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills for competitive analysis and data-driven problem-solving.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to understand client needs and effectively manage cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing product design, development, release, and improvement processes, ideally in e-commerce.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and hands-on experience in project or process management.
