My Background

Prior to joining Morgan McKinley I spent 3 years at a specialist Transformation recruitment agency in London. Whilst in London, I recruited a range of  roles across People, Process and Technology Projects for Commerce & Industry clients. During my time in London I developed a strong understanding of Business & IT Transformation and found success through an open and honest approach; leading to the development of long term relationships with both my clients and candidates.
