About Vanda Jarrett

I work with organisations to help them secure high performing senior talent to increase their strategy bench strength.

My candidates are a mix of international, local and returning talent.

My aim is to bring the right candidates together with the right leaders and hiring managers and ensure that the cultural fit is as aligned as the skill set requirements.

We have a view over the entire strategy landscape encompassing all sectors and with our historic role in building exceptional talent teams for our clients we have a real insight into the organisations, agendas and culture of each organisation.

Specialist Area

I focus on the placement of candidates from top tier consultancy positions into industry roles across a wide range of industries from - financial services to telecommunications, utilities to media, retail to shipping and transport. These roles are from Strategy Managers, Senior Managers, Heads of Strategies, GM and Chiefs of Strategies and EGMs of Strategy and Transformation.

My Advice

I have built strong relationships with both university and consulting house alumnus, C -suite, hiring partners, managers and talent agents to ensure that the clients and candidates have a seamless process where the brand is advocated and the candidate is given every possible assistance to present at their very best to ensure an outcome.

My Background

I started my career in advertising working in both London and Sydney before working in law firms in London to train in 'Diversity and Inclusion'. I pivoted into working with Refugees, Asylum Seekers and generational unemployment find employment before moving to Morgan McKinley 8 years ago to consolidate on my love of people, chatting and helping people make all important career moves in the strategy world.
