Creditsafe was at a pivotal point in its evolution with ambitious plans to stay at the forefront of the use of technology to deliver integrated data solutions and to double new business acquisition and revenue over a five year period when they approached us in late 2019.

Creditsafe wanted to significantly enhance their leadership team. Additions to the leadership bench would become part of their burgeoning success story in a company that boasts some of the highest employee engagement levels across the globe, provides opportunity for personal growth and development and places a key focus on employee health and wellbeing in an environment built on the CEO’s original intent to “create a workplace where people WANT to come to work on a Monday morning”.

The Assignment

We were approached to identify and secure a world class Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, to direct and lead the sales, renewals, marketing and PR functions across the Global Group of Creditsafe companies. The successful candidate would drive performance and growth with overall responsibility for marketing strategy and sales plans. The Group’s plan to double revenues over the next 5 years represented a hugely attractive way to influence this growth for the successful candidate.
