Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Data Migration Strategy: Define a structured approach to data migration, ensuring alignment with ERP transformation goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and data experts to ensure smooth migration and minimal disruption.

Data Assessment & Quality Control: Oversee data mapping, cleansing, and validation to guarantee accuracy and consistency.

Migration Execution: Manage trial loads, reconciliation, and defect resolution while overseeing cutover activities for a seamless go-live transition.

Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce data quality standards and governance best practices.

Leadership & Team Management: Guide and mentor a team of data analysts, engineers, and consultants to drive project success.

Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential migration risks, implementing contingency plans as needed.
What You Bring:

Proven experience (5+ years) leading data migration projects within ERP implementations with strong preference for Oracle Cloud Fusion.

Strong knowledge of ERP data models, integration points, and migration tools

Expertise in data profiling, cleansing, and validation methodologies.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

Experience in cloud-based data migrations and integration tools (highly desirable).
