About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing financial control, financial reporting and month-end, ensuring the company maintains strong financial integrity. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with IFRS and ASX requirements.
- Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including financial and management reporting.
- Oversee financial controls, risk management, and internal compliance frameworks.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives across the finance function.
- Partner with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth reporting processes.
About You
- CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years' experience in a senior finance role.
- Experience within an healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
