A leading bank in Sydney is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in HR systems, specifically Workday, to join their team. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring effective enhancements, process improvements, and potentially new builds based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and new builds.
- Work closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and other business units to understand needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive system efficiencies.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on HR systems (Workday experience preferred).
- A background in testing/UAT is a plus.
- Banking/ Financial services is a must.
