About the job
Seeking a driven and independent Project Manager - Finance with strong Business Analyst capabilities to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This is a hands-on operational role where you'll play a critical part in delivering finance-related projects.
You will manage a range of initiatives from office accommodation planning to financial reporting process improvement, working across all levels of the organisation - from junior staff to executives.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-end project management including scoping, planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery.

Act as a business analyst, gathering requirements, mapping current processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Prepare and develop project documentation, including project charters, communication plans, process flows, and change plans.

Lead the review of lease and accommodation needs, including stakeholder consultation, analysis, and reporting.

Oversee projects related to procurement and administrative operations.

Coordinate the financial statement preparation process currently managed via Excel with data sourced from Oracle, including collaboration with EHealth for system input and support.
About You

Strong project management and business analysis experience, particularly in operational or finance-related projects.

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working with staff at all levels.

Experienced in process mapping, flowcharting, and documentation.
