    Morgan McKinley are supporting an Industry Leading Global Insurance firm seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Manager to lead its Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) function. This is a key opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the organisation's resilience in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the organisation's commitment to robust risk management practices.

    Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the Senior Manager will be the driving force behind the TPRM strategy, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and the implementation of best practices. The role will serve as the central point of accountability for all TPRM-related matters, providing expert guidance to stakeholders and delivering crucial reports to both internal leadership and external authorities.

    This is a 12 month contract role to support the business through a recent Aquisition. The role offers hybrid working with a preference for more days in the office than home and is based in the Sydney CBD, so please only apply if you are based in Sydney already!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Overseeing the TPRM lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategies, policies, standards, and regulations.
    • Maintaining the Material Service Provider Register and ensuring data and the internal IT tools (such as SAP and Service Now) are aligned to governance frameworks.
    • Guiding business owners through the TPRM lifecycle, including risk assessments, onboarding and due diligence.
    • Leading risk assessments of suppliers, ensuring compliance and security standards are met and risk is mitigated through the creation of risk strategies.
    • Developing and delivering training on TPRM roles and responsibilities throughout the business, partnering with key stakeholders.

    Key Requirements:

    • Expert TPRM skills, with 10+ years' experience in developing and implementing TPRM, procurement, or governance.
    • Extensive experience as a senior operations leader in a multi-faceted business with the abilty to develop potentials.
    • A strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with internal global teams or external regulatory bodies.
