What You'll Do:

As the Accounts Receivable Administrator, you'll play a critical role in supporting financial operations and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing external and internal invoicing for Canadian and US customers.
• Ensuring the accurate issuance of credit notes when needed.
• Handling cash application, including verifying early payment discount eligibility.
• Setting up new customer accounts and onboarding national accounts.
• Preparing and assisting with monthly AR reports for the Group.
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies on customer statements.
• Providing support during interim and annual external audits.
• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Participating in special projects led by management and the Group.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• A High School Diploma (post-secondary education is an asset).
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• A can-do attitude and willingness to commute to Ajax, 5 days a week.
