Support on facilities matters and daily office operations including regular maintenance of office equipments, access right control, staff messing, office hygiene etc.
Manage petty cash and prepare monthly report to Finance
Process corporate credit card application and cancellation
Manage audit records for HK office for regulatory purpose
Assist on the organisation of corporate social responsibility and communiyt engagement events
Manage office supplies and inventory
Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements
Bachelor degree holder
At least 3 years of administrative work experience in financial services or professional services industry
Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proactive team player with a can do attitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good computer skills include Excel, PPT and Word
Organised and detail-oriented
