Responsibilities
- Generate consolidated Management Control reports for the Asia-Pacific region and create and maintain PowerBI dashboards.
- Oversee budget preparation and track headcount and expenses at the regional level.
- Ensure alignment among management controllers across the Asia-Pacific region on all matters related to Management Accounting.
- Engage in various activities with the SMC APAC team, including conducting profitability analyses for Coverage and senior management, and offering support on RWA and Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) questions.
- Use and maintain APAC consolidation databases and relevant extractions.
- Provide monthly regional comments, consolidated financial statements, and Power BI dashboards to Regional Management and Business Line Managers.
- Prepare presentations and analyses for regional cost monitoring.
- Coordinate forecast and budget exercises between Head Office, Regional departments, and Asia-Pacific entities, providing a consolidated budget view to Regional Management and Business Line Managers.
- Coordinate among management controllers within Asia-Pacific on all Management Accounting topics, ensuring consistency of methods, templates, processes, and procedures.
