About the role
In this role, you will oversee all HR operations, mentor a team, establish HR policies, and drive HR strategies that align with business goals and cultivate a positive work culture in the APAC regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee all HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness.
- Lead and mentor a team of staffs to ensure smooth operations in Hong Kong and overseas offices.
- Establish and maintain effective HR policies compliant with labor laws.
- Collaborate with senior management to address organizational needs and drive HR initiatives.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10+ years of progressive HR experience from financial services industry, with 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- APAC regional exposure is a must.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
