About the role
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a vital role in handling a wide range of accounts payable, communicate with vendors and supporting their investment team
Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
- Partner with various departments to optimize payment processes.
- Timely generate and complete expense reports.
- Contribute to system projects and streamline workflow processes.
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-4 year of relevant experience in financial service industry.
- Proficient in MS Excel skills and well communication skill
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
