About The Role
As an Assistant Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for key account management and overseeing the full cycle of tender documents submissions for E&M contracted services.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage technical and commercial aspects within processes of tendering submissions from reception to closure for key accounts
- Review project schematics, and material/design submissions drafted by internal stakeholders to ensure all statutory submissions adopts local authorities and regulations within method statement
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers for effective negotiation to ensure best offers being obtained in a commercial perspective
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external parties for follow up on resubmissions of paperwork
- Host project meetings for progress updates on tendering activities and submissions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or any other relevant discipline of Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of tenders & contracts management/ commercial operations experience, all of which should be obtained within a E&M contracting services company
- Candidate with solid experience to electrical and power supply equipment for LV, MV, and HV is preferred
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Strong commercial mindset to execute pricing negotiations with relevant parties
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Project Administrations Supervisor
- Immediate availability is preferred
