About the role
You will act as a consultant to recommend best solutions for key stakeholders and also act as a project manager role to manage the project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Act as a consultant to offer insights and recommendations for catering business needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations
- Lead and manage the planning and implementation of IT projects from inception to completion
- Provide regular performance review to optimize the use of company services
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver IT solutions that address client challenges
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
- Lead collaborative projects to ensure alignment between account strategies and service delivery
Job Requirements
- Degree holder or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management and project management in IT services industry, preferably from large corporations and consulting firms
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage key stakeholders, decision makers and C-Suites
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and digital transformation projects, including SaaS, Cloud service, networking, infrastructure etc.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
