Our client, a global insurer group in Hong Kong, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Product Owner in their regional team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis and facilitate workshops to define business requirements and assist in developing the product roadmap.
- Gather and document business requirements from various business units and write detailed user stories.
- Collaborate with both business and technology stakeholders to identify problems, understand key business needs, and create a prioritized backlog of requirements based on business value.
- Collaborate closely with the UX/UI team to ensure usability needs are met and requirements are accurately reflected.
- Facilitate grooming sessions with development teams.
- Act as a liaison between business units and delivery teams, providing clarifications and ensuring smooth communication.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of working experience as business analyst
- Experience with the regional team
- Extensive knowledge of insurance, with a focus on claims operations is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound business judgment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
