Our client is an international financial institution, with a strong presence globally and regionally. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join their regional team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with product owners to groom product feature backlog items
- Analyse and create test scenarios for user acceptance and regression testing based on functional specifications and business requirements
- Update and maintain inventory of test scripts developed for each project release and regression testing to ensure alignment with the current system functionality
- Drive communication and influence a broad range of APAC Regional stakeholders including executives
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Work closely with developers, system analyst and QAs
Required Experience:
- At least 4 years of working experience as Business analyst in Banking
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex business processes and technical requirements
- Experience of managing projects, or exposure to the end-to-end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the project lifecycle
- Subject Matter Experience in Client and Party Reference Data management and, including:
- KYC and AML processes, regulations and technology
- Client Onboarding Workflow
- Financial services regulatory environment
- Capital markets products and services
