PMO Analyst - Manager - Banking

About the company

Our client is an international financial institution, with a strong presence globally and regionally. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO Analyst/ Manager to join the team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide project management to IT Application department's non-development related project(s), e.g., new service contract, existing contract renewal, etc.,
• Support the internal management of IT Application department, to centralize following up internal BAU issue within the department with relevant team heads.
• Administrative and operational support to the PMO & Project Governance teams
• Maintain PMO documentation, coordinate meetings and training
• Assist to extend Project Governance and PMO methodology to overseas branches and subsidiaries

Requirements

• Bachelor's in business administration, project management, IT , or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience as Project analyst or Project Manager
• Background preferred in banking
• Deadline-sensitive and ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
