Cloud DevOps Manager, 12 months contract

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in SecDevOps for 10 Line of Business Units (LBUs), providing guidance and education to IT staff.

• Oversee the technical development team, ensuring the selection of appropriate technologies for creating CI/CD pipelines.

• Architect, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines across various Centers of Excellence (CoE) and agency DevOps environments.

• Assess and enhance the application release process across different environments (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD) to improve software delivery efficiency.

Skills Reqd

• Proficient in various DevOps methodologies, including release engineering, advanced test automation, infrastructure as code, chaos engineering, and strategies for reducing technical debt and operational toil.

• Skilled in using Terraform and Ansible for provisioning and configuring cloud resources effectively.

• Experienced in containerization technologies (such as Docker EE or OpenShift) and orchestration tools (including Swarm, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes, or AWS Elastic Kubernetes), alongside strong system administration capabilities in Linux and Windows environments.

• Proficient in Chinese & English.
