Maintain and service the company's existing insurance structure, including claims management
Execute renewal of all corporation wide insurance programmes
Ensure all current coverage align with business requirements
Oversee management of company's insurance claims, including complex claims
Answer all queries concerning insurance from business units and subsidiaries/related entities
Identify risk improvement opportunities in line with business expansion and the Enterprise Risk Management framework
Proactively engage with senior management to identify business expansion and the need and opportunity for the procurement of insurance
Identify new initiatives to improve efficiency across the company
Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder from a globally renowned university
Insurance specific professional qualifications
At least 10 years of corporate insurance experience working in consulting, brokerage or in-house with in-depth knowledge of the market and best practices
Strong statistical knowledge and background with a keen interest in continued development of quantitative topics
Excellent command of English
Prior exposure of the Construction Industry is preferred
