Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and execution of proposition strategies to drive growth and enhance financial performance within the Life & Wealth Management portfolio, with a particular focus on HNW and ULB.
Spearhead the introduction of value-added services to enrich the HNW and ULB ecosystems, elevating the customer experience.
Develop and execute sales tools, contests, promotions, and communication initiatives for distribution channels; track and analyze outcomes to meet key performance indicators (e.g., ANP, case count, producer count).
Consolidate market intelligence, sales feedback, and data insights to shape actionable strategies and drive performance improvements.
Design and implement upskilling initiatives such as events, seminars, and sales communication materials to enhance the knowledge and skills of financial planners and intermediary partners.
Serve as the primary liaison with relevant LUSEBs and preparing relevant documents.
Organize and support wealth management and marketing events targeting both sales channels and customers.
Assist in the creation and management of internal and external marketing collateral.
Requirements:
Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales strategy planning/ consultancy is highly preferred.
Proven expertise in channel marketing and communication with sales intermediaries.
Strong knowledge of insurance products and wealth management solutions.
Demonstrated communication excellence and project management skills.
Customer-focused, with exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven and able to perform effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) is essential.
Holder of professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, STEP, CTP, IA Paper 1 & 3) will be an advantage.
