Perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors, managing all incoming and outgoing calls
Manage general office tasks i.e. courier mail services, deliveries, pantry area, etc
Manage and maintain office supplies and stationery
Handle meeting room coordination and logistic arrangements
Manage electronic filing and archiving, SharePoint, contact management, and distribution lists for the office
Coordinate in-house events and office activities
Assist in daily finance-related tasks, related to the Bank's local bank accounts, processing of payments and invoices, and distribution of reports
Assist in travel arrangements and prepares expense claims
Assist in ad-hoc projects
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of receptionist, client servicing or office administrative experience in a multinational company, ideally in the financial services or professional industry
Proactive and positive mindset
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
