This Administration Coordinator role offers the opportunity to play a key part in planning and delivering impactful events within the clinical research space. From investigator meetings to patient engagement sessions and training events, you'll be at the centre of it all ensuring everything runs smoothly from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver events from initial concept through to execution and post-event follow-up
- Define event scope, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with clinical study teams
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide insights on outcomes and improvements
- Coordinate with external vendors and manage supplier relationships
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders including sponsors, investigators, and healthcare professionals
- Negotiate contracts and manage service level agreements
- Oversee all logistics including venue sourcing, travel arrangements, equipment setup, and materials distribution
- Ensure all events are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard
- Develop, manage, and track event budgets in line with organisational policies
- Prepare and distribute event materials, agendas, and communications
- Maintain detailed documentation including risk assessments, safety protocols, and event plans
