Role Details
- Location: Cork City Suburbs
- Start Date: Immediate or within one week
- Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Pay Rate: €17.31 per hour
- Contract: 3-month temporary contract (with potential to extend)
Key Responsibilities
As a Clerical Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations by:
- Managing incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and post
- Processing, filing, and maintaining records in line with GDPR and internal policies
- Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing room bookings
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and official documentation
- Updating and maintaining data across internal systems and databases
- Liaising professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Supporting front desk operations, including greeting and assisting visitors
