Seeking an experienced Campaign Growth Marketer to join a tech/SAAS based organisation in Cork and to be part of a growing marketing team. If you're a collaborative team player who enjoys finding new ways to grow, engage, and support a great product, you would be a suitable fit to this role.
As Campaign Growth Marketer, you'll oversee the full management of marketing campaigns designed to drive growth and engagement at all stages of the funnel. From brand awareness to middle-of-the-funnel content, you'll help scale customer acquisition and retention efforts through thoughtful campaign management and a keen understanding of content strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business goals at every funnel stage.
- Monitor and iterate on campaigns based on performance metrics like conversion rates and acquisition.
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and drive pipeline growth.
Content Strategy & Development:
- Create and manage a content calendar to support growth campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Write and manage the production of engaging content.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce creative assets such as graphics, videos, and infographics.
- Use SEO best practices to boost organic traffic and online visibility.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, customer acquisition, and content engagement.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or content management, preferably in B2B SaaS or a similar tech-driven industry.
- Proven track record of scaling marketing efforts, driving lead generation, and optimizing funnels.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gotowebinar, Google Analytics).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of creating content that converts across digital channels (email, social media, paid media, SEO, etc.).
- A good grasp of the marketing buyer journey and its nuances is a plus.
- Solid project management skills
- A data-driven mindset, comfortable making decisions based on analytics.
Must Have:
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a marketing agency.
- Familiarity with channel strategies to maximize campaign outcomes.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
