We are seeking a Junior Parts Advisor to join our clients dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify incoming shipments and ensure accurate allocation to correct locations.
- Follow up on short shipments to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Supply parts to Service Technicians as needed.
- Assist in managing inventory, invoicing, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and organisation of parts and inventory.
- Help prepare and manage merchandise displays.
Role Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Reporting To: Parts Branch Manager
- Training: Comprehensive training provided
- Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Occasional Saturday mornings (overtime): 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM
What We're Looking For:
We're searching for a proactive, team-oriented individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service and managing inventory efficiently.
No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided, but a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills are essential.
