Morgan McKinley are delighted to be partnering with a large Cork based business in the recruitment of an experience Credit Controller.
As a Credit Control Administrator you will support the wider finance team and contribute to the month running of the finance function.
This is a 12-month contract with a strong possibility of permanency.
Key responsibilities:
- Daily creation, validation, and remittance of banking files for our ROI & NI businesses.
- Maintenance and updating of databases including new site set-up across multiple applications/software.
- Uploading of the daily sales files and weekly reconciliation of sales files.
- Weekly reconciliation of AR ledger and control accounts
- Working with internal stakeholders
- Supporting the Credit Control Manager in the governance of financial risk exposure from existing and new customers
Requirements for successful candidate
- 3 yrs+ experience in Credit Control role
- Strong technical and system skills
- Strong Excel skills an advantage
- Proven ability to work in a deadline driven environment
- Excellent communication and ability to build relationships across with both internal & external stakeholders
