    Financial Controller - FMCG | Cork (On-Site/Hybrid)

    A high-impact opportunity awaits a commercially driven Financial Controller to join a global FMCG leader in Cork. This role will spearhead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for both the local manufacturing plant and the commercial branch.

    As a key partner to senior operational and commercial teams, you'll be instrumental in driving performance, ensuring compliance, and shaping strategic business decisions.

    Requirement: Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Industrial Controlling:
      • Oversee month-end close and reporting (IFRS compliance).
      • Manage plant budget cycles and forecasting.
      • Analyze plant performance, variances, and cost-efficiency projects.
      • Track production costs and drive operational improvements.
    • Commercial Controlling:
      • Lead financial analysis and performance reporting for the Irish commercial branch.
      • Partner with sales and operations on pricing, customer analysis, and ROI.
      • Prepare institutional forecasts and budget submissions.
      • Monitor cost allocations for accurate P&L reporting.

    Key Requirements:

    • Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
    • 10-15 years' experience in commercial/industrial finance
    • Strong IFRS knowledge and local GAAP financial statement preparation
    • Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion Financial Management, and Advanced Excel
    • Proven leadership and team management skills
    • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and business partnering abilities
