Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in business insights, market research, media planning, or advertising, ideally in a consumer-focused industry.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience in media research and campaign analysis.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Knowledge of media industry trends and audience measurement practices.
* A collaborative team player with the ability to influence decisions.
