Job Title: Executive Assistant Coordinator

About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Coordinator to join a busy executive assistant team on a contract basis. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating a variety of tasks, from travel planning to corporate events. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at multitasking, this could be the perfect fit!
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Planning: Arrange national and international travel, including flights, trains, taxis, and accommodation for staff and events.
- Onsite Meetings: Manage meeting logistics such as room bookings, access cards, catering, and lunch bookings.
- Meeting Preparation: Assist with the organization and scheduling of national-level meetings, ensuring all details are covered.
- Event Planning: Support the coordination of corporate events, from venue bookings to hospitality and entertainment.
- Accommodation Bookings: Handle all staff and client accommodation needs for meetings and events.
- Annual Conference: Assist with the planning and execution of the company's annual conference.
- Corporate Entertainment: Organize and manage sports events and other corporate entertainment activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in Executive assisting, administration, travel booking, and event planning.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle last-minute changes and work under pressure.
- Experience with corporate entertainment and large-scale event planning is a plus.
