Job Title: Project Support Associate (Events)
Salary: €32,000 - €35,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking a Project Management Assistant to support a team of Project Managers and a leadership team. This role involves providing technical and administrative support to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work on various tasks to keep projects running smoothly, both financially and logistically.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support:
- Assist with managing project budgets, including setting up purchase orders and processing requests.
- Order, track, and arrange shipment of necessary supplies and tools.
- Track and report project progress, including regional and global data.
- Help with routine project tasks and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Participate in team discussions and shared learning sessions.
- Assist with other project-related tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing newsletters, and maintaining project files.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Ensure project files are organized, up-to-date, and ready for inspections or audits.
- Conduct regular quality checks on project documentation.
- Support the team during internal audits or external inspections.
- Help collect and review important information for submissions.
- Maintain team information repositories and project team rosters.
- Assist with filing and archiving as required.
Systems and Data Management:
- Input and monitor project data in our database to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with producing and distributing status reports, budget updates, and capacity reports.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to generate various reports and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a two-year degree or 2 years of relevant administrative or technical experience.
- Proficiency with software like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
