Finance Manager - Cork City - Permanent
We are thrilled to announce an exclusive partnership with an esteemed Irish business in their quest for a Finance Manager. This role is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the COO.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packs for management and stakeholders.
· Preparation of Annual Financial Statements and audit files.
· Management and enhancement of weekly, monthly and annual controls.
· Ensure timely and accurate completion of the annual budgets and coordination across different areas.
· Monitor expenditure against budget across all departments, including benchmarking of all costs v industry standards.
· Work with colleagues across the business to generate high quality financial information, analysis and interpretation of results in a timely manner.
· Supervision of the businesses banking operation ensuring that all funds are appropriately banked on time. Being a custodian of funds for all relevant stakeholders.
· Review of all financial processes and reporting with the business, looking for improvements and greater efficiencies.
Skills and Experience:
· ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified with minimum 4 years post qualification experience.
· IT proficient.
· Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
· Impeccable time management skills.
· Excellent analytical, investigative, problem solving and follow through skills.
· Leadership skills.
