We have partnered with one of Ireland's leading healthcare services, who are based in Rathgar, to find a Payroll Administrator to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic team while ensuring smooth and accurate payroll processing and supporting key financial and administrative functions. This role is 6-month contract role.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the fortnightly payroll process and assist with monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Organise and manage payroll workflows, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Support the Payroll Manager with cost analysis, budgeting reports, and responding to payroll queries.
- Ensure payroll systems and processes run efficiently, leveraging technology for accuracy and improvement.
- Work closely with Line Managers to ensure timely and accurate payroll data submission.
- Calculate timesheets and verify payroll-related information.
- Develop and update payroll templates to align with changing pay agreements.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement new technologies where beneficial.
- Maintain payroll training materials and support continuous learning within the department.
- Assist in implementing new payroll systems and procedures as directed by management.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, employment law, data protection, and financial policies.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, valuing professionalism and respect.
- Assist in addressing and implementing audit recommendations efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Payroll Administrator
- Experience working with Payroll applications and software
- Strong attention to detail and experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience with relationship building and stakeholder management
- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills including negotiation skills, conflict resolution and the ability to build and maintain relationships and positively influence the thinking of others.
- IPASS certification or working towards one is preferred
- Experience working in healthcare is desired but not necessary
