Go-To-Market Lead - Commercial Excellence

We are partnering with a leading global tech company to find a skilled Commercial Excellence Lead to help drive growth and transformation across their cluster. This is a fantastic contract role until March 2026 (possibility for extension/permanency) - ideal for someone with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proven go-to-market (GTM) experience.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute cluster-specific commercial strategies to grow sales, market share, and profitability.

Optimize pricing, promotions, and trade spend to maximize return on investment.

Use market data and insights to identify new growth opportunities.

Streamline sales operations, including go-to-market planning, distributor management, and retail execution.

Implement and manage CRM systems, sales tools, and performance dashboards.

Define, track, and analyze key commercial KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Design and deliver training to strengthen the sales team's skills in areas like negotiation and customer engagement.

Coach and mentor sales leaders to build strong strategic and operational capabilities.

Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment and execution of commercial and GTM plans.
Requirements

Proven experience in a commercial role within a global company, ideally in consumer tech or a related industry.

Strong understanding of sales strategy, process improvement, and go-to-market execution.

Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.

Proficiency with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office.

Comfortable working in a matrixed environment and influencing senior stakeholders.

Fluent in English; local language skills are a plus.
