    We are partnering with a leading global tech company to find a skilled Commercial Excellence Lead to help drive growth and transformation across their cluster. This is a fantastic contract role until March 2026 (possibility for extension/permanency) - ideal for someone with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proven go-to-market (GTM) experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute cluster-specific commercial strategies to grow sales, market share, and profitability.

    • Optimize pricing, promotions, and trade spend to maximize return on investment.

    • Use market data and insights to identify new growth opportunities.

    • Streamline sales operations, including go-to-market planning, distributor management, and retail execution.

    • Implement and manage CRM systems, sales tools, and performance dashboards.

    • Define, track, and analyze key commercial KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

    • Design and deliver training to strengthen the sales team's skills in areas like negotiation and customer engagement.

    • Coach and mentor sales leaders to build strong strategic and operational capabilities.

    • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment and execution of commercial and GTM plans.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a commercial role within a global company, ideally in consumer tech or a related industry.

    • Strong understanding of sales strategy, process improvement, and go-to-market execution.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.

    • Proficiency with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office.

    • Comfortable working in a matrixed environment and influencing senior stakeholders.

    • Fluent in English; local language skills are a plus.

    • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
