The role involves overseeing debugging, commissioning, and validation of complex automation systems. This contract-based position will require collaboration with multiple departments and external vendors to ensure successful integration and ongoing performance of the equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex automation projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, process development, and quality teams.
- Understand the manual manufacturing process and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Provide technical support and make decisions on hardware and software.
- Generate and review documentation, including specifications and testing protocols.
- Ensure equipment meets safety and design standards.
- Support post-installation activities, including SAT execution and equipment optimization.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing automation projects and optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
