Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer - Join Our Team!

We are seeking a driven Quality Engineer with a strong foundation in risk management, CAPA, audits, and statistical analysis to support NPI and Tech transfer projects. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operations, suppliers, and business functions to resolve quality issues and manage internal and Supplier non-conformances.
• Lead or support CAPA activities, including root cause investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain and analyze KPIs for process and product quality, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in change management reviews, procedure updates, and project teams to enhance manufacturing processes.

What We're Looking For:

• BSc/B.Eng. in Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent communication, project management, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to influence teams without authority and manage multiple tasks in a matrix environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and computer literacy.
• Availability to travel as required (20-25% of the time).
