The Role
As a Finance Manager here, you will play a vital role in driving our financial success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial Operations: Overseeing accounting processes, ensuring compliance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Financial Reporting: Managing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close and reporting activities.
- Tax Compliance: Ensuring timely preparation and submission of statutory accounts, tax returns, and tax provisions.
- Financial Analysis: Completing monthly and quarterly fluctuation analysis and reporting.
- Team Leadership: Managing and developing a professional accounting team in a deadline-driven environment.
- Stakeholder Relations: Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or similar)
- Proven track record of team management
- Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle or similar)
- Experience in fast-paced multinational environments, with a preference for shared service center experience
