Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a new role in Dublin City Center on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract?
This role oversees all aspects of building maintenance, cleaning, catering, and facility services. The successful candidate will maintain high facility standards and work closely with internal teams to meet business operations needs. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential for this dynamic position.
They are looking for a hands-on Facilities Manager to take ownership of the full range of hard and soft services across their site.
Key Duties:
Manage building maintenance, HVAC, electrical systems, cleaning, catering, and reception services.
Oversee the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule and ensure compliance.
Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring service quality and contract compliance.
Control the facilities budget effectively while maintaining service standards.
Support health & safety compliance across all operations.
Supervise and support a team of five staff members.
Coordinate events, small office projects, and site visits, including handling all required documentation.
Maintain the facilities inbox, assisting with escalations and queries when needed.
Work closely with the Hospitality & Catering teams to ensure smooth client floor operations.
Experience & Skills Required:
Strong understanding of facilities management (hard and soft services).
Experience managing service contractors and suppliers.
Proven project and budget management skills.
Solid knowledge of health & safety compliance.
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
IT proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of FM systems advantageous).
Facilities management experience is preferred but not essential.
