    Job Opportunity: Financial Analyst (6-Month Contract)
    Location: Remote
    Contract Type: Fixed-Term, 6 Months

    My multinational tech client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to support the EMEA Facilities team on a 6-month contract. This role focuses on budget management, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring smooth operations across the procure-to-pay process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot issues across the procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle, resolving purchase order and invoice discrepancies

    • Prepare and manage purchase requisitions for Facilities OPEX and CAPEX expenditure

    • Maintain key financial trackers, including the CAPEX Master Cashflow, Operational CAPEX, and OPEX Tracker

    • Develop and update budget and forecast templates for upload into the client's financial system

    • Support the annual budget process and quarterly forecasting in coordination with the EMEA Facilities Finance Manager

    • Prepare monthly OPEX and CAPEX accruals to ensure financial accuracy

    • Review monthly actuals and assist in compiling data for dashboards and internal reporting

    • Provide data analysis and financial insights to support planning and decision-making

    • Handle ad hoc financial tasks and analysis as required

    Skills & Experience:

    • Previous experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting (experience in facilities or operations is a plus)

    • Strong understanding of OPEX/CAPEX and the procure-to-pay lifecycle

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar

    • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking

    • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

    • Confident communicator with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
