Main Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Responsible for month end and year end close for UK, Wales entities and Forum.
Responsible for monthly end financial statements and reporting for UK, Wales entities and
Forum.
Responsible for liaising with external tax advisor for corporation tax for UK, Wales entities and
Forum.
Responsible for cashflow management of the entities.
Responsible for providing regular financial information to stakeholders for entities.
Responsible for the statutory year-end audit and completing the year end external audit and
taxation before the deadline for UK, Wales entities and Forum.
Responsible for the annual Jiuqi close for Group.
Responsible for reporting financial information to the Group.
Responsible for managing the regular taxation returns, filing and payment for each company.
Submission of monthly management accounts for Clover / UK Holdings to lenders (SG).
Completion of various surveys and other submissions as requested by government departments.
Attendance of regular meetings with minority shareholders (EDF) for Project Clover.
Extracting wind generation data for the 5 Project Forum wind farms monthly and providing to
external accounting team.
Review and assure the performance of the regular accounting and tax work according to agreed
processes and corporate compliance.
Supporting the CFO in managing the accounting team to meet all the deadlines of the statutory
financial statement, the annual auditing, and the tax calculation tasks.
