Job Description: HR Executive (12-Month FTC Maternity Cover)
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join my client's team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a hybrid role based in their South Dublin office, with a flexible working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Reporting directly to the HR Director (HRD), this role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key HR operations and support a vibrant and collaborative workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generalist HR Duties: Perform junior to mid-level HR tasks, including managing annual leave, sick leave, and addressing employee queries.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Conduct first-round interviews, review job applications, draft job descriptions, and oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- HR Administration: Manage employee contracts, the HR mailbox, and payroll administration. Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- International HR: Support international HR activities, including secondments and liaising with global teams.
- Systems Management: Utilise Cascade HR and Clear Review systems to manage HR processes effectively.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee and manage employee benefits and related queries.
- Collaboration: Liaise with IT and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding, access management, and integration for new hires.
- Policy Implementation: Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with legal standards and internal procedures.
About You:
- Experience: Proven experience in HR generalist and administrative roles is essential.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proactive: A self-starter and go-getter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge: While a legal background or legal knowledge is preferred, it is not a requirement.
- Systems: Familiarity with Cascade HR and Clear Review systems is an advantage.
- Team Player: Enthusiastic and willing to get involved in all aspects of HR operations.
Working Arrangement:
- Hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
