The Role:
As the ICT Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of planning, executing, and finalizing ICT projects that span general ICT, business operations, and ICT infrastructure. Reporting to the Head of ICT Project Management, you will lead cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, and execute ICT projects from inception to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources while mitigating risks.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation in compliance with PMO standards.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Engage with ICT vendors and suppliers to negotiate and oversee project-related deliverables.
- Provide strategic oversight of ICT elements in broader business transformation initiatives
