About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Personal Assistant to support our client in Dublin 2. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience as a legal PA and be ready to commence work immediately. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment with potential for contract extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, type, and file legal documents efficiently.
- Manage correspondence and respond to clients' enquiries in person, via email, or by telephone.
- Organise diaries, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
- Perform audio typing from digital dictation, transcribe interviews, and conduct legal research.
- Gather information required for cases, such as accident reports or medical records.
- Handle scanning, photocopying, and faxing tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Personal Assistant.
- Proficiency in preparing and managing legal documentation.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Immediate availability to start.
