Morgan McKinley is working with a client in banking & financial services located in Dublin South who are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing & Content Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns and content strategies. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to drive brand awareness, engagement, and performance across multiple channels.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract. Start date is immediate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Marketing in shaping marketing and campaign strategies to align with business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end creative development process, managing agencies and internal teams from concept to execution.
- Lead Go-To-Market initiatives for campaign launches and updates, ensuring seamless execution, stakeholder coordination, and timely delivery of all assets.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager to plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search, social, and display channels.
- Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and within budget constraints.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and implement optimizations in collaboration with media partners and analytics teams.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
- Create a structured roadmap for testing and learning across new and existing marketing initiatives.
- Lead the content and communications team in developing engaging, high-impact content that supports brand storytelling, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to enhance campaign performance and innovation.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and content strategy, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
- Proven ability to drive growth and engagement through content and digital marketing initiatives.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing tools to track and optimize performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing external agencies and creative partners.
- Background in media agencies is a plus.
